If you call our event hotline, we collect notes you provide and call metadata required for lawful operation. We do not collect sensitive categories like health data through this site.
2. Scope
This Privacy Statement covers informational use of crafty-zone.one and related landing experiences operated by LedgerShield Access for audiences in Korea and abroad. It does not describe processing inside customer-managed production environments, which are governed by separate agreements. Third-party sites linked from our pages follow their own policies.

4. Third parties
We use infrastructure providers for hosting, email delivery, and analytics when you opt in. Providers process data under instructions and contractual clauses aligned to Korean Personal Information Protection Act expectations. We do not sell personal information. Vendor changes are reviewed for subprocessors with comparable safeguards.
5. Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data we control. You may also object to certain processing and request portability where technically feasible. We explain any limitations, such as legal retention duties, when responding. You may lodge a complaint with the Korea Internet & Security Agency or other competent supervisory bodies.
6. Retention
Form submissions and related correspondence are retained for up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for legitimate security investigations or contractual claims. Analytics logs tied to opted-in cookies are retained according to tables in the Cookie Preferences page. Backup systems may delay deletion briefly until cycles complete.
7. Use of data
We use data to respond to inquiries, secure sessions, improve navigation clarity, and measure interest in events or security access plans. Analytics cookies run only after consent. We do not use submitted emails for unrelated marketing without a separate opt-in. Aggregated statistics may be shared internally for capacity planning without identifying individuals.
