Terms of Use

Questions: team@crafty-zone.one

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using LedgerShield Access websites, documentation previews, or registration forms operated at crafty-zone.one, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you disagree, discontinue use immediately. These terms apply to visitors, prospective clients, and authorized client representatives who interact with informational materials. They do not replace a signed master services agreement when one exists; the signed agreement prevails on conflicting points.

2. User obligations

You agree to provide accurate contact details, refrain from probing systems beyond ordinary browsing, and avoid attempts to access non-public areas. You must not upload malware, scrape content in ways that degrade service for others, or misrepresent affiliation with LedgerShield Access. When you submit forms, you confirm you have authority to share the information provided and that it does not violate confidentiality owed to third parties.

3. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to informational resources for conduct that jeopardizes security, violates law, or burdens infrastructure. Termination does not erase obligations accrued while access was active. If you maintain a separate commercial agreement, termination rights under that contract operate independently from these informational site terms.

4. Service description

This website describes zero-trust network access concepts, illustrative security access plans, and related professional services available in the Republic of Korea. Descriptions are summary in nature, may change without notice, and are not binding service level commitments. Pricing shown is informational and excludes taxes, hardware, or third-party licenses unless explicitly stated in a written quote.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes arising from site use shall reside with competent courts in Seoul, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you personally and cannot be waived. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect to the fullest extent permitted.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by Korean law, LedgerShield Access and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use, including loss of profits, goodwill, or data. Aggregate liability for direct damages related solely to informational site use is limited to zero Korean won unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused intentionally.

7. Intellectual property

Site content, diagrams, and branding elements belong to LedgerShield Access or licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to view and print reasonable copies for internal evaluation. Redistribution, resale, or automated extraction beyond fair personal use requires written permission. Trademarks referenced remain property of their owners and do not imply endorsement unless explicitly stated.
