Cancellation Policy

1. Process
To request cancellation or a refund for eligible prepaid informational workshops or registration deposits, email team@crafty-zone.one with your company name, invoice reference, and reason for the request. We acknowledge within three Korean business days and outline next steps. Chargebacks should be a last resort because they slow reconciliation for both parties.
2. Eligibility
Refunds apply to prepaid deposits for public LedgerShield Access events when cancellation occurs at least fourteen days before the published start time. Custom on-site engagements follow the written statement of work. Subscription software fees billed through enterprise agreements are not cancellable via this public policy page and rely on contract exhibits.
3. Scope
This Cancellation Policy covers payments described on crafty-zone.one as refundable deposits. Hardware procured through partners, third-party license fees, and travel expenses already invoiced are out of scope. If VAT applies, refunds mirror the taxed amount originally collected.
4. Exceptions
No refunds are granted for no-shows, violations of conduct policies that result in removal from an event, or requests made after services have been fully rendered. Force majeure events may convert deposits to credits rather than cash refunds when logistics partners impose non-refundable charges on our side; we document those cases individually.
5. Contact
Refund questions should include banking details only after we confirm eligibility to reduce fraud. Verified corporate clients may request refunds to original payment instruments when technically possible. Individuals without corporate cards receive domestic Korean wire instructions.
6. Timeframe
Approved refunds are initiated within ten Korean business days and may take additional days to appear depending on card networks. Partial refunds, when applicable, are calculated from unused portions of bundled services with written math shown in the confirmation email. Interest is not paid on refunded amounts unless mandatory law requires it.
